Science Education
Dear Science AP,
We would like to place a Science Education Teacher with you for our Spring 2008 semester. Student teaching is 4 hours a day (6 periods), 5 days a week, for the entire semester from January 28 through May 14. Students are expected to teach two classes each day: a 9th grade class and an upper grade class. They must have this lower grade placement to complete remaining hours of the middle school requirement. In the remaining periods (4), students will observe their cooperating teacher(s) and spend time conferencing, planning, and participating in activities related to teaching.
Please indicate on the tear-off sheet below if you are able to accept the student teacher named below for the Spring 2008 semester.
