Welcome !
Eureka! is an electronic portfolio for my fall 2010 SEYS 753 course at Queens College. The central theme for my work is discoveries made in the science classroom and in science education. In this website you will find links to several different assignments and resources that envolope this theme.
The Eureka! Blog is a personal analysis of discovery and inquiry in science education. An indepth critique of a Web 2.0 application
based on reinforcing student's inquiry skills can also be found.
Since technology is an ever changing frontier and is something all
educators should try to stay up to date with, you will find a Book Review covering
this topic. Like most everything, ensuring eureka moments happen
in the classroom costs money, to help ease this burden check out my Grant Proposal. Our final project for this course is to create a video or podcast and can be found on the Educational Video page.
