a) To review policies and procedures of graduate programs and make recommendations to the Academic Senate.
b) To receive and act upon in consultation with the appropriate academic department program, those matters referred to it by the Dean of Graduate Studies and the Dean of Division of Education.
c) To receive and act upon, in consultation with the appropriate academic department or program, student appeals from the decisions relating to academic matters of the Dean of Graduate Studies and the Dean of Division of Education.
