A "list server" has been set up at Queens College to which all members of the College community may subscribe. List servers permit you to send e-mail to all members of the list at once. All subscribers of the list will receive this email, and may reply to the entire list, or privately to the sender of the email.

This open forum may be used to post important announcements, request information, and carry on discussions electronically.

The administrator of the list server has the ability to permit or deny privileges to subscribers, and may have the ability to screen or moderate the contents. At this point, the list has been set up with no restrictions and it is hoped that it will be left so.
