The office of Laboratory Safety is responsible for the chemical safety in the laboratories of the science division. This office provides training, chemical waste disposal, and information about laboratory safety. The Laboratory Safety Office also serves as the Radiation Safety Officer (R.S.O) for the campus. Training in radiation safety, personal radioactive monitoring, ordering and disposal of radioactive materials are handled by this office.
