The Bilingual Assessment Report is the publication of the Bilingual Psychological and Educational Assessment Support Center. The newsletter is published four times a year. Each newsletter will provide the readers with articles relevant to the assessment of culturally and linguistically diverse students. The newsletter will also feature web sites and notes of interest for professionals providing assessment services to districts with bilingual and LEP students in New York State
