The Publication Series is an Equity Studies Research Center publication created to bring you information
on current Queens College faculty research and programs. The Publication Series is a monthly publication available to all via the web.
Submission Guidelines
When Should You Submit: Anytime. If a Publication Series is currently being published,
your submission (if accepted) will be held for a future publication of The Publication Series.
Who Should Submit: Any full-time or part-time faculty at Queens College/CUNY interested in sharing
their research or current programs with teachers and researchers throughout the country.
How Will The Publication Series be Published: 50 Copies will be reproduced in paper form,
but the publication will appear on line on the Equity Studies Research Center website for anyone to access and read.
Topics: Current Research or Overview of a Program (Focused on Equity)
Intended Audience: Teachers and Researchers throughout the Country
Length: 4,000-6,000 Words, or 12-18 pages
Format Style: APA Style

How to Submit:
1) Send as an e-mail attachment (Word Document [.doc], Text Document [.txt], or Rich Text Format [.rtf]) to
Sonia.Rodrigues@qc.cuny.edu.
Please put “Publication Series Submission” in the subject line of the e-mail.
OR
2) Send diskette or CD with Word Document/Text Document and a hard copy to the
Divisional Office. Please note on the envelope that the enclosure is a submission for The Publication Series.
