Research & Professional Interests
My professional interests center on the constant evolution of computer and Web 2.0+ technologies and how they
impact and affect information science, libraries and society. I am particularly interested in the areas of database design and online search and how they influence knowledge and the ways in which libraries are used. I also am interested in the ever evolving innovations of social networks, advancements in wireless communication, and how these developments potentially can be harnessed as effective marketing, information literacy and instructional tools for libraries and society.
