And, if you aren't physically active, you're at risk for heart disease
and other illnesses. BUT, you can change your life. THIS
IS AN ONGOING PROCESS -- You Can Join At Any Time!! You can contact Connie at
718-997-2760. Personal walking logs will be provided so that everyone
can keep track of their progress, and work toward mileage goals and
awards. We have
also measured 1/2 mile and 1 mile routes on campus for those who want
to keep track of daily walking. Maps with these routes are available
upon request at the Sample walking program from the National Institutes of
Health
