  The Mission Statement for Institutional Research Office: To provide data and analysis that can be used by the Queens College Faculty, Administration and Students for decision making purposes, and planning throughout the campus. The Office designs, develop, and implement research projects aimed at improving institutional effectiveness and supporting Student Learning at Queens College.

   Departmental Goals: Design, develop, and implement data collection, analysis, and dissemination of institutional data to support decision making at the College. Assist faculty with the design and implementation of assessment projects pertaining to academic programs and courses. Query databases for students and courses to obtain data for the campus. The Office uses the Institutional Research data based, CUNY First data files and reports, University data sets, and has access to the University Enterprise reporting system.
