Where do I pick up a book I get through ILLiad?
Ask for your ILLiad book at the Queens College Library’s CIRCULATION Desk.
How Do I renew a book?
Logon to ILLiad. Go to View/Renew Checked Out Items.
- If the system does not allow you to request a renewal, contact the ILL office.
- If a renewal is denied by the lender, we will notify you of other options.
How Do I get an electronically received article?
Logon to ILLiad. Go to View/Download Electronically Received Articles.
Click on ILLiad number to retrieve article.
Articles remain available on this site for 30 days.
How long can I use an electronically received article?
Articles remain available for 30 days from when you’re notified.
How do I get an article that came in print?
Students: pick up your article at the Library’s CIRCULATION Desk.
Faculty: the article will be sent to your campus office.
How Do I resubmit a cancelled request?
Logon to ILLiad. Go to View/Resubmit Cancelled Requests.
How Do I change my personal information?
Logon to ILLiad. Go to Change User Information. Edit and submit.
Do not register again!
How Do I change my password?
Logon to ILLiad. Go to Change Password. Edit and submit.
I forgot my password: How Do I get a new password?
Contact the Interlibrary Loan Office (718 997 3704; illqc@qc.cuny.edu): we can reset your password to “ill.” Logon with “ill” and then change it to what you prefer.
Remember: all passwords are case sensitive! If your password is reset by us, use lowercase letters for “ill”
I forgot my username: what do I do?
Contact the Interlibrary Loan Office (718 997 3704; illqc@qc.cuny.edu): we can tell you your username.
Do not register again!
