Getting into Psychology Graduate Programs Workshop: Not for Seniors Only
Monday, September 15, free hour, in SB C203

Drs. Lanson and Alvero will discuss the process and strategies for getting into psychology graduate programs. This program is recommended for students at all levels who are thinking about graduate work in Psychology.


This year's Sixth Annual Neuropsychology Research Day will take place on Friday, September 19th on the lower level of Rosenthal Library, Queens College. Our keynote speaker is Dr. Paula Tallal and her talk title is: “In the development of language, time is of the essence.”

Graduating majors applying for 2009 admission to graduate schools which require the paper-based GRE Subject Test in Psychology are advised that the test is only given three times during the 2008-2009 academic year:

Registration Date: 9/12/2008
Late registration (web only): 9/19/2008
Examination Date: 10/18/2008

Time 2:
Registration Date: 10/03/2008

DEPARTMENTAL OMBUDSMAN

An ombudsman resolves disputes from a neutral, independent viewpoint. If you have a problem with a Psychology professor or instructor, you may discuss the problem confidentially with Professor Fleischer. Her job is to investigate and try to resolve the problem.
