Psychology Instructor

The Department of Psychology at Queens College of the City University of New York (CUNY) announces a position of Psychology Instructor (salary range: $39,399-$65,267) beginning in the Fall of 2010.  Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Psychology.  Preference will be given to candidates who have: (a) a Ph.D. in Psychology or related field, (b) a record and/or commitment of teaching in general psychology, neuropsychology, behavior analysis, and/or clinical psychology (other areas of psychology will be considered).  General Duties include: Active weekend participation, 27 hours of teaching per year (primarily undergraduate courses, occasional graduate course) per year.  Candidates should email a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching interests and philosophy, and three confidential letters of recommendation to Psy.InstructorSearch@qc.cuny.edu, preferably in PDF format.
