Karl begins his tenth year at the helm of the Knights in 2006 ... played for the Haitian national team from age 16 until he came to the US at age 19 ... played four years at Rutgers University ... upon graduation he played in Italy for one year for Ramabo Italiano, then moved on to Spain for six months and to France where he spent three months playing for Clamar France ... finished his playing career with a year in Japan before returning to the states to begin a coaching career ... married to current Lady Knights head volleyball coach Pascale Lubin.
