Choosing a major is an important step in college. 

The Office uses a multifaceted approach which includes assessment and testing to gauge student interests, values and skills - factors important in choosing a major in college. 

This process helps to enrich the academic experience of students and enables them to identify a viable major which often paves the way for potential future careers. 

One-on-one counseling and/or assessment testing are the tools used to assist students in their choice of majors and careers.

Workshops on decision making and how to choose a major are conducted for Freshman and Sophomores.
