Mr. Acker (a graduate of Queens College) has special interests in Hebrew language and grammar, Medieval Hebrew literature, devotional poetry and Biblical commentary; he has main responsibility for the elementary and intermediate Hebrew Program, and created the in-translation literature survey of Masterpieces of the Hebrew Tradition.
