The Brass Workshop at Queens College will be led by Professors David Jolley, Josef Burgstaller, and Haim Avitsur, Artist-Faculty members of Trio 101-New York.  The five-day Workshop will feature daily Master Classes and Ensemble Sessions as well as Solo Recitals each evening by the faculty and a Chamber Concert by Trio 101-New York.  The Workshop will commence on Sunday afternoon, June 24th, 2012, and conclude on Thursday evening, June 28th, with a set of concerts featuring all participants, who will be performing works they have worked on during the week, both in solo and ensemble settings.

The Workshop will be held on the campus of Queens College-CUNY at the Aaron Copland School of Music.  Dormitory space is available for those who need it, and the campus of Queens College is in close proximity to all that New York offers as a world capital city.

The tuition fee for this workshop is $500. Scholarships are available (contact Haim Avitsur for details).

Housing is available at the college's residence hall, The Summit.
