I am pleased to inform you that if you decide to accept the offer described in my letter of (date), the department will provide you with an appropriate space to set up your training room, likely Room XXX, a recently renovated, air-conditioned lab of about 00 square feet which will be cleaned and painted at the College’s expense. Separately from these construction costs, to enable you to begin your research effectively we will provide you, appropriately phased in time, with up to $00,000 for the acquisition of suitable bicycling equipment and other costs. It is strongly recommended that you leverage these funds by applying for appropriate grants. In addition, limited funds can be provided for reasonable relocation expenses.
