The Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Queens College (QC-RCASD) is part of a network of regional centers across New York State. QC-RCASD is funded through a grant from the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) at the University at Albany and the NYS Education Department.
- QC-RCASD offers the Course Work for Training in the Needs of Students with Autism required by NYS for all special education teachers and administrators. For a schedule of trainings, please contact QC Continuing Education,
- QC Programs in Special Education has established a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). After successful completion of the 39-credit program, students would graduate with an MS degree, certification in Special Education, and are eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
