Adding Interactivity to your web site
The web pages we have talked about so far, e.g. .html pages, are static, i.e. the content does not change. There are a variety of ways to provide dynamic content to your visitors. Here are a few things that are fairly easy to add to your web page. (Note: one caution. Only use these if it enhances the experience of your visitors. Don't just add these for their own sake.)
1) Surveys -
Surveymonkey is a great way to add surveys to your web
site.An even better way is to go to Google Drive http://drive.google.com,
login and then create a form.
3) Java applets - Another quick way you can add interactivity is by the use of java applets. One potential problem you should be aware of is that some school districts, networks may not allow users to download java applets.
4) Animated gifs and banners - The Gif Construction Set is a nice tool that you can use to make simple animations. You can download it here:

There are many other ways to add interactivity to your web site. The ones mentioned above are fairly quick and easy to implement.
