FEATURES & DISCLAIMERS PowerPoint (PPT) is one of several similar programs designed for creating multimedia and text "slides", and for delivering presentations synchronously or asynchronously, in classrooms and beyond. These pages assume a user who is familiar with basic mouse and keyboard operations, and with the Windows 95 or higher environment. Some of the material presented here may also be useful to the PPT user working in a MAC environment. The focus of these tutorial materials is on academic uses of PPT, with a particular interest on its use in the classroom.
