Here is some information on the second midterm:

• The exam is on Thursday 4/14/2005, from 11:15 to 12:45 pm in KY 434. Please be there on time.

• The exam will have 5 problems, totally worth 40 points. I'll provide paper so you won't need booklets. Books and notes are not allowed, but remember to bring your calculator with you.

• The exam covers sections 3.5 to 4.3, but keep in mind that good knowledge of the earlier material is implicitly assumed. Check out this review sheet for more information about what topics you should study as well as a few practice problems. Work on these problems as you study the book or lecture notes; I'll go over them on Tuesday 4/12.
