matriculation applicants only.
Non-Degree students who wish to
matriculate must also submit this application.

Graduate Non-Matriculant Application
| You may use this application if you wish to take courses
at Queens College. This application must be signed by the
program's advisor before it can be processed. Acceptance
as a Non-Matriculant does not Guarantee admittance to
courses. |
Graduate Reentry Application
| This application is for use by all students who wish to
return to Queens College after a leave of absence of
withdrawal. |
Reactivation of File or Change of Program
| Use this form only if you wish to change your graduate
program or if you applied and were accepted for
matriculation at Queens College within the past two years
but did not enroll, and you wish to enroll in the next
semester. |
