Custom-designed searches save time by delivering relevant results and a full visual preview of all SMART Notebook files, so teachers can easily evaluate a lesson before downloading it.

  • Kids National Geographic
    • National Geographic, with the slogan, “Inspiring people to care about the planet since 1888” provides free maps, photos, videos and daily news stories, as well as articles and features about animals, the environment, cultures, and history. They also have an interactive kids page. Although it may be too young for highschool, the more youthful middle schoolers (6th & 7th grades) would find the resources right up their alley. With videos and games, even fun and interesting articles for kids this website is perfect for teaching lessons and reinforcing content already taught. Games listed are great for rewards activities when kids are done doing their work on either research projects or critical thinking questions that require sources to back up claims.
