Get all forms and information from this website or have the forms mailed to you. You CANNOT fax or e-mail any applications or forms. They MUST be sent through the mail. Two ways to apply 1. Students who are currently in the United States (F-1 transfer students, citizens, permanent residents, etc.) 2. Students applying for an I-20 Admission to the ELI is separate from admission to Queens College. Applying to Queens College or another college within the City University of New York | ||
