Helena Manafova, B.A.(email)
Helena earned her B.A. in psychology from Rutgers University. Helena's primary interest explores impulsive behavior and why impulsive individuals lack the ability to inhibit dominant responses. She explores this relationship by examining the interaction between available mental resources and the ability to control dominant responses. Her research relies on both behavioral and EEG methodologies.

Justin Storbeck, Ph.D. (email)
Justin earned his Ph.D. in social psychology at the University of Virginia, and did postdoctoral training in EEG. His research focuses on the interactions of cognition and emotion. Specifically, how affective states regulate cognitive processes, such as perception, learning and memory.

Michael Thibodeaux, B.A.(email)
Michael earned his B.S. in psychology from Louisiana State University. Michael's interests include personality development and how people use conscious and unconscious cues to judge themselves and others. Specifically, he is focused on the interaction of people with social mediums (like Facebook) on the internet and how this serves as a tool for understanding the social environment and adjusting identity.

Sanam Bamshad, M.A., (email)
Sanam earned her B.S. in psychology from the Univesrity of Toronto and her M.A. in psychology from City College of New York. She examines the neuropsychological and behavioral relationship bewteen attachment style and emotion. Her current research is investigating how attachment style interacts with emotional states to influence cognitive processes like perception and memory.
