Teaching and learning endeavors require multiple sources of support. This page offers a collection of links to web-based tools and information repositories for a variety of teaching and learning (and other) activities at Queens.

The Center for Teaching and Learning works in close collaboration with two other resources for faculty development and support:

Use the College Account Management System (CAMS, http://cams.qc.cuny.edu) to activate two accounts:

  • Campus network account, Active Directory (AD), which gives you access to the online services requiring authentication listed on this page, except for Blackboard (see above)
  • Queens College email (Lotus Notes), accessible by one of the following methods:
    • the Lotus “client” (software installed locally on a computer; for download and installation information, http://fornax.qc.cuny.edu/GetNotes.nsf; you will need to login using your Active Directory account)
    • a web browser, http://mail.qc.cuny.edu
    •  IMAP using a client such as Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird
