Course information
MATH231 is a third semester course on Calculus.
Prerequisites: Math 143 or 152.

Textbook: Essential Calculus, Second Edition, by James Stewart.
Midterms: There will be three midterms.
Homework : There will be homework due every week. There will be homework every week, on WebAssign. To sign up, follow these instructions: 1) Go to webassign.net 2) You will need to register, using the class key " qc 3716 5246 " (without quotation marks). If you have any trouble with webassign, there is a technical support hotline at 1-800-955-8275.
Grading: The grading scheme will consist of: 25% each midterm, 25% homework. The rubric will roughly be: A 90-100, B 80-89, C 70-79, D 60-69, F 60 and below.
